Board Position:  Vice President 

Anique Clark is a dedicated stay-at-home mom, proud law enforcement wife, and driven student pursuing her degree in Social Work. With a background in public safety as a former 911 dispatcher, Anique chose to further her education to expand her ability to serve and support her community.

Her passion for supporting law enforcement led her to become an active member of K9 KAOS AZ, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing law enforcement K9 teams with essential equipment, training resources, and critical support. Through her involvement, she is committed to helping strengthen the partnership between K9s and their handlers while ensuring they have the resources needed to serve safely and effectively.

Compassionate, driven, and community-focused, Anique is excited to combine her personal experiences, educational journey, and passion for public service to make a meaningful impact on the officers, K9 teams, and communities she proudly supports.

Board Position: Chief Operating Officer

Dave Bonanno moved to Arizona from Demarest, New Jersey, in 1985 and graduated from Coronado High School before building a successful decades-long career in the automotive industry with Chapman Automotive, Van Tuyl Automotive Group, and Penske Automotive Group. After retiring in 2020, Dave immersed himself in Arizona's automotive community, attending car shows nearly every week.

It was at his first Cars & K-9s event that Dave discovered K9 KAOS AZ and formed an immediate connection to its mission. Although he has no direct ties to the military or law enforcement, the organization's commitment to supporting law enforcement K9 teams deeply resonated with him.

Over the past three years, Dave and his wife, Honey, have dedicated countless hours to volunteering, supporting events, and advancing the organization's mission. Today, as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, Dave combines his experience in sales, finance, and leadership with a passion for raising awareness, building community partnerships, and securing resources that strengthen Arizona's law enforcement K9 teams.

Board Position: Secretary

Rosie is an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force with a passion for supporting law enforcement and working K9 teams. She served 14 years as Military Police, including five years as a Military Working Dog Handler. Throughout her military career, she has been stationed in Germany, Nevada, Turkey, England, and now Arizona.

After supporting K9 KAOS AZ for more than a year, Rosie was invited to join the Board of Directors, where she continues to advocate for law enforcement officers and their four-legged partners. As she pursues her degree in Homeland Security, she is committed to raising awareness of the vital role K9 teams play at the local, state, and federal levels.

Rosie believes that ongoing training, funding, and access to essential resources are critical to maintaining the readiness of law enforcement K9 teams and helping them serve their communities safely and effectively.

Board Position: Officer

Justin is an Arizona native who was born in Mesa and has called Payson home since 2017. In September 2019, he joined the Gila County Sheriff's Office, where his dedication and professionalism quickly earned him a position in the K9 Patrol Unit.

His partner, K9 Whiskey, is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois known for his exceptional drive and friendly demeanor. Whiskey specializes in narcotics detection, article searches, and obedience, and holds dual certifications through the National Police Canine Association (NPCA) and the National Narcotic Detector Dog Association (NNDDA).

In December 2024, Justin and K9 Whiskey transitioned to the Drug, Gang, and Violent Crimes Task Force. Together, they work alongside law enforcement agencies across Arizona to combat illegal drug activity on the state's roadways and within its communities, helping keep both officers and the public safe.

Board Position: Officer

Jamie Clark is an Arizona native, born in Tucson and raised in Safford, who has called Show Low home since 2018. With more than 12 years of law enforcement experience, Clark has proudly served the Show Low Police Department for the past seven years.

For the last two and a half years, Clark has served as a K9 handler alongside his partner, K9 Cid. Together, they are certified through the National Police Canine Association (NPCA) and trained in tracking, narcotics detection, and suspect apprehension, forming a highly capable team dedicated to protecting their community.

In addition to their daily patrol responsibilities, Clark and K9 Cid are active members of the White Mountain Special Response Team, providing critical support during high-risk operations throughout the region. Their commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and public safety continues to make a meaningful impact across the communities they serve.

Board Position: Board Member at large 

Brennan spent his childhood in Northern California before relocating to Arizona to begin a new chapter. He currently serves as a Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts and looks forward to continuing his professional growth in the years ahead.

Coming from a family with strong military and law enforcement roots, Brennan was inspired to follow in their footsteps by serving in the U.S. Air Force. His passion for working dogs grew through his experiences and continued education, eventually leading him to rescue his own Dutch Shepherd, Nova.

As a Member at Large for K9 KAOS AZ, Brennan is proud to support Arizona's law enforcement K9 teams through the organization's events, fundraising efforts, and community outreach. He remains committed to helping provide the resources and support these teams need to serve safely and effectively.
